Co-Founder & CEO
Courtney’s experience is where operations and creativity collide. She eats, sleeps, and breathes operational efficiency and expertly manages creative projects with vigor and excitement. Courtney is passionate about enabling entrepreneurs through solving their cross-functional business challenges, developing solutions that drive results, and building tech-stacks most companies dream of.
Courtney began her career working in corporate social responsibility at Comcast where she was focused on managing company-wide philanthropic campaigns and regional nonprofit investments. She pivoted to scratch her creative itch when she joined Celtra, an AdTech agency, where she worked in partnership with the CEO to manage company-wide initiatives during a $15m Series C round with WPP and Unilever Ventures. She was also instrumental in creating the first digital (un)conference on Richard Branson’s Necker Island with the largest thought leaders, CEOs, and artists in digital.
Courtney most recently spearheaded operations at Main+Rose, a global creative agency, after joining the founders at the start of their journey. She was responsible for building the foundation for systems, processes, culture, business development, and client services and helped scale the agency 5x while reducing operational expenses by 20%. Courtney holds an MBA from Boston College and a bachelor’s degree in management and global perspectives from Bentley University.

Maria’s background spans b2b and b2c business development, brand strategy, and marketing. She is passionate about working hands-on with entrepreneurs to understand their goals and help bring their visions to life. Maria sits as a Co-Chair on the Young Professionals Board at Embarc Collective and as a Startup Mentor at Techstars, where she advises and mentors founders who are building bold, scalable, thriving companies.
Maria launched her first company in college and partnered with global brands to develop market-specific point-of-sale assets and apparel. She started her formal career at Red Bull overseeing regional field marketing programs moving quickly from Atlanta, to Charlotte, to Los Angeles. In LA she joined the national retail marketing team and managed Red Bull’s shopper programming at Walmart, Target, Sam’s and Costco. Maria’s first go at a startup was at WHOOP where she stepped in as one of the first sales hires and helped build the foundation for their enterprise team – driving the company’s valuation to $3.6bil.
Maria started working more closely with founders and VCs when she joined the global creative agency Main+Rose and led new business relationships and growth. Maria holds her MBA from UMGC and a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Tampa.
